Vista Mar Resort

LOCATION
Vistamar Resort is located on the Pacific Coast of the Republic of Panama, between Lagomar and San Carlos, just one hour west from Panama City and four minutes from Coronado and Punta Barco.
SECURITY
A manned gatehouse controls access to the property and provides 24 hour’s a day security. Additional automatic control systems add another layer of security.
INFRAESTRUCTURE
Vistamar Resort infrastructure has been designed and constructed using the highest standards. For example:
- Underground power lines in terraces and decorative lighting.
- An access Boulevard completely seeded with palm trees for a beautiful, landscaped appearance.
- Highly resistant asphalt paved streets that go directly down to the beach and provide access to the rotunda.
- An underground irrigation system along the Boulevard to maintain green areas throughout the year.
THE BEACH
For the practice of marine activities or spirit’s recreation, our project counts on an excellent crystalline water and golden sand beach, where you can practice, among other things, surfing, sailing, diving and fishing, or simply to acquire a beautiful suntanned while you contemplate the gorgeous environment.
BEACH CLUB
Pool for adults, pool for kids, restaurants, bar, bohios, direct acces to the beach, beach volleyball.
GOLF (SOON)
The users shall use the installations of an gorgeous Golf link, which conjuncts a harmonious design that takes advantage of the natural difference of levels and the incorporation of the most demanding parameters applicable to Golf links worldwide.
It will have an extension of 6800 yards in a pair 72, and it has been designed especially by the firm J. Michael Poellot Golf Designs, with more than 30 years of experience in this field and is considered as one of the best in the world.
RECREATIONAL PARKS
The project will offer to residents and visitors the opportunity to get in direct touch with nature,
since it counts on two areas of exuberant vegetation in a natural frame designed for recreation and leisure, which allows to use installations and play lands for children, resting chairs, huge lawns to walk, rest or to have a picnic.
