THE PROJECT
HACIENDA LAS VILLAS is a unique project,
containing a combination of elements that
guarantees great quality and creates an

surrounding grass trail has been designed
around the project, to give our residents a

are two lakes that host a great amount of
birds, turtles and fish that complete this
unique environment.
Being located in the Chame District, there
are plenty of facilities nearby. There are

beach access site just seven minutes away.
There is a boat ramp fifteen minutes away
from the project that can be used to launch
small boats (up to thirty-five feet) for
river fishing or blue water fishing. The
Chame River runs next to the project, giving

creates a natural, one-mile long path to the
beach.
