Palacio del Mar, an oasis in the Caribe will be perfectly located in the beautiful archipielago of Bocas del Toro in Panama. This archipielago has six big islands and some other small ones. Palacio del Mar will be located in Isla Colon, the largest of these islands followed by Popa Island, Bastimentos Island, Cristobal Island, Water Key and Carenero Key.

In Colon Island there are great numbers of hotels, restaurants, entertainment centers and installations for ecological tourism, full of adventure.

This project will be the first fase of a Mega project of a total of seven fases at a value of more than 4 thousand million dollars. Its developer, Six Diamond International, is a company which was founded to become the principal developer of Real Estate in Central America. Initially, they focused on building luxury resorts and retirement communities in Panama.

Created by the combination of three different firms, this company will provide knowledge and experience necessary to administer all the fases of the project, from design to construction of the projects until the operation of the properties.
