Purchasing Process:
Each buyer should separate the unit with
$5,000.00 and will have 30 days to proceed
with the payment of 10% of the purchase
price at the moment of the signing contract.
The $5,000.00 will be part of the 10%
payment.
If the buyer desist of the purchase, will
have 30 days to do so and the $5,000.00 will
be return.
After the contract is signed, and the 10%
down payment is done, 30 days after the
signature, will have to do another 10% down
payment, and another 30 days later will
finish the other 10% down payment that is
needed completing the 30% of the total down
payment in 90 days.
The balance of the purchase will be cancel
with the Registry of the Public Deed. |
