This is the vision of John Richardson a reknowed property owner and developer who originated from United Kingdom and came to Panama via the Cayman Islands.

“Although Grand Cayman is a beautiful island, the heat and humidity did not suit my wife. We first came to Panama in 2001 and fell in love with the vibrant colors of the local flora, the temperate climate and the friendly and welcoming people. We looked diligently for a place to build our home but found no area that we truly loved until by chance we took a drive one day and passed on Caldera road and saw the most magnificent views. Initially we purchased 140 acre farm but decided that the view were so enchanting it would be a shame not to share them with others, so we purchased two more farms a joining making a total of 400 acres. This project is something I really believe in and with my experience and vision this will be a very sought after community.
